Idaho Telephone Service Assistance Program (ITSAP)

ITSAP provides assistance with installation costs for residential basic telephone service and/or monthly costs for basic residential telephone service to low-income participants. Currently the program provides a maximum benefit amount of up to $13.50 off the total monthly bill.
Household eligibility is based on income.
The ITSAP income guidelines below are effective starting on July 1, 2012.

Applicants to the ITSAP program must provide the following information at the time of their application:
- Names/birthdates for all household members
- Social security numbers for all household members
- Income verification for the previous 3 months (check stubs, SS/SSI award letters, etc)
