Retrofit Installer/Technician Needed

A Retrofit Installer/Technician is responsible for the installation of weatherization materials in eligible homes throughout CAP’s service area. This involves extensive work in crawlspaces and attics in a variety of weather conditions.

Requirements: Basic carpentry and home repair skills, a valid driver’s license with an insurable record, the ability to work and stay at out-of-town locations, and passing a pre-employment drug test and background check.

This is a full time hourly position with benefits that include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation and sick days, 11 paid holidays, IRA match, and FSA.
