Seeking motivated professional to provide information and assistance to vulnerable and older adults, family, service providers, organizations and their caregivers, and other related entities in the community. As needed, assist in Adult Protection assessments and investigations. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field, two years of experience working with vulnerable adults and frail elders, comfort in performing phone assessments using database, experience working with community resources and federal benefit entitlement programs preferred, ability to pass background check, ability to be AIRS certified within 90 of hire, and possession of a valid driver’s license with an insurable record.
Full-time hourly position includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid annual and sick leave, 11 paid holidays, IRA match, FSA option. Open until filled.
