Requires ability to perform minor maintenance and repairs as well as collection and recordkeeping of rental units. Experience, education or training working with persons having developmental disabilities required. Position is 10 to 20 hours per week at $12/hr. and includes a rent-free two-bedroom apartment. Community Action Partnership is seeking qualified candidates for the installation of weatherization materials in eligible homes throughout CAP’s service area. Involves extensive work in crawlspaces and attics in a variety of weather conditions. Requires basic carpentry and home repair skills, valid driver’s license with an insurable record, ability to work and stay at out-of-town locations and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
