The Retrofit Installer Technician is responsible for the installation of weatherization materials in eligible home throughout CAP’s service area. Involves extensive work in crawlspaces and attics in a variety of weather condition. Requires: basic carpentry and home repair skills, valid driver’s license with an insurable record, ability to work and stay at out-of-town locations and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
