Seeking motivated professional to provide information and assistance to vulnerable and older adults, family, service providers, organizations and their caregivers, and other related entities in the community. As needed, assist in Adult Protection assessments and investigations. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field preferred, combination of education, training, and directly relevant experience may be considered, two years of experience working with vulnerable adults and frail elders, comfort in performing phone assessments using database, experience working with community resources and federal benefit entitlement programs preferred, ability to pass background test, ability to be AIRS certified within 90 days of hire, and possession of valid driver’s license with an insurable record.
