Seeking motivated professional to recruit, train, and manage the Senior Medicare Patrol Volunteers, provide training on Chronic Disease and Self-Management Education, and disseminate Information and Assistance to vulnerable adults, caregivers, people living with disabilities and the general public. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, combination of education, training, and directly relevant experience considered, two years of experience working with vulnerable adults, and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and local assistance programs and services. Excellent oral and written communication skills and computer literacy required. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license with an insurable record and successfully complete a background check.
