Community Action Partnership is seeking an influential leader to provide strategic workforce planning as well as managing hands-on daily HR operations within the agency. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or closely related field required. Demonstrated experience in employment law, benefits, compensation, personnel policies and procedures, employee relations and compliance with all federal and state laws preferred. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and successfully complete a background check.
