Idaho Suicide Prevention Hotline 1-800-273-8255 (TALK)
Beginning Monday, July 1, the hotline, which can be reached at 1-800-273-TALK, will be staffed with Idaho responders from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. It will include a special line for veterans in crisis. Idaho Suicide Prevention Hotline website.

Support from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention brings this six week interactive online workshop to you free of charge through a partnership between the National Council on Aging and the Arthritis Foundation. Better Choices, Better Health® - Diabetes
Developed by Stanford University and has been proven to help people with diabetes:

Fit and Fall Proof is an exercise-based fall prevention program. Attendance at classes two to three times per week enables older adults to:
