Clarkston Rancher Duplex
Community Action Partnership owns and manages our Rancher Duplex in Clarkston, Washington. It is designated for very low-income households with preference given to families where the head of the household has a developmental disability. These affordable units are financed by the Washington State Department of Commerce’s Housing Trust Fund. They are rent subsidized and residents pay approximately 30% of their income toward rent. Each household’s income is reviewed periodically and their rents are adjusted accordingly.
Our Rancher Duplex offers one unit with two bedrooms and another unit with one bedroom. Both units have central heat and air conditioning. There is also a shared laundry room with coin-operated laundry units.
The lease period for these units is for one year. CAP pays water, sewer, and garbage. Tenants are responsible for their electricity and natural gas bills.
Certain restrictions apply to tenant eligibility and tenancy. The eligibility factors are not the same as for other CAP programs. All eligible households must have incomes below 30% of the Asotin County Median Income for their family size. Additional information regarding eligibility is available upon request. Median income tables change annually.
