Community Assessment/Plans

Not only does CAP support people experiencing poverty to become more stable and equipped to exit poverty, but also CAP engages the entire community to assess needs and work together to address those needs in a community where all people can thrive. CAP works together to address those needs in a community where all people can thrive. CAP works to change mindsets and attitudes about poverty and those experiencing it, works to change systems that make it harder for people to move forward out of poverty, and works to create a community that provides opportunities for every member.

Community Needs Assessments are compiled on a regular basis to understand the depth and detail of need for people of all ages experiencing poverty so that CAP can be strategic in using resources to address those needs.

Current Needs Assessments and Strategic Plans are available below.
