Community Action Partnership is seeking a motivated professional to provide daily general maintenance of rental housing and CAP office buildings. This position requires: experience and demonstrated knowledge of basic maintenance including but not limited to repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, and grounds maintenance; ability to communicate and work effectively with tenants, contractors, vendors, coworkers, and supervisor; strong time management and organizational skills; and ability to work independently.

Community Action Partnership is seeking a Site Manager for Fairview Terrace Apartments, a 12-unit complex. This position is responsible for the general maintenance and daily operation of the units. Requires ability to perform minor maintenance and repairs as well as collection and recordkeeping of rental units. Experience, education or training working with persons having developmental disabilities required. Position is 10 to 20 hours per week at $12/hr. and includes a rent-free two-bedroom apartment.

Involves extensive work in crawlspaces and attics in a variety of weather conditions.
