Energy Assistance Intake/Reviewer
Our Energy Assistance Program works with 1000s of people to help them with their heating costs. Our Energy Assistance Intake/Reviewer team review applications and work with community members to help them get the assistance that they need to be warm during the winter months. This is a seasonal position, but a great way to get experience in an office setting while helping your neighbors!
Job Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)
- Learn and understand program guidelines
- Talk with clients and collect data to determine program eligibility
- Review energy assistance applications for completeness, accuracy, and documentation
- Offer great customer service while being accurate

We are seeking motivated candidates for the position of Energy Efficiency Installer. Energy Efficiency Installers provide production support for CAP’s weatherization program which installs home energy efficiency measures in the homes of people experiencing poverty to improve comfort and affordability of their housing.
The position pays $20 per hour with benefits beginning the 1st of the month after the date of hire. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance with premiums paid 90% by CAP., paid vacation and sick leave, thirteen paid holidays, retirement account with 3% match by CAP, life insurance options and a Flexible Spending Account. The position is full time with a Monday-Friday work schedule. On-the-job training is provided with no experience necessary. The position requires some travel with paid lodging and per diem.

Community Action Partnership, headquartered in Lewiston, Idaho, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Auditor/Inspector in our Weatherization program. The Auditor/Inspector is responsible for performing energy audits and inspections on eligible homes in CAP’s service area to improve energy efficiency, comfort and affordability for people experiencing poverty.
The position pays $22.50 per hour with benefits beginning the 1st of the month after the date of hire. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance with premiums paid 90% by CAP, paid vacation and sick leave, thirteen paid holidays, retirement account with 3% match by CAP, life insurance options and a Flexible Spending Account.
