Area Agency on Aging Community Resource Specialist
Seeking motivated professional to provide information and assistance to vulnerable and older adults, family, service providers, organizations and their caregivers, and other related entities in the community. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Social Work or a Human Service field, two years of experience working with vulnerable adults and frail elders, experience working with community resources and federal benefit entitlement programs preferred, ability to pass background check, ability to be AIRS certified within 90 days of hire, and possession of a valid driver’s license.
Full-time hourly position includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, 11 paid holidays, IRA match, FSA option. Position open until filled.
