Community Action Partnership is seeking an influential leader to provide strategic workforce planning as well as managing hands-on daily HR operations within the agency. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or closely related field required. Demonstrated experience in employment law, benefits, compensation, personnel policies and procedures, employee relations and compliance with all federal and state laws preferred. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and successfully complete a background check.

The Seasonal Call Center Assistant provides excellent customer service and clerical support with file review, data entry, and operation of a multi-line phone system. This position requires: ability to navigate databases, professional interaction with clients, general clerical skills and reliable attendance. Positions will last approximately four months. $15.00 per hour, no benefits.
The Seasonal Energy Assistance Intake worker provides application intake for the busy energy assistance program. This position requires: the ability to effectively communicate with community members and other staff, experience working with computers and databases, ability to follow program guidelines, attention to detail, work accuracy, reliable attendance. Positions will last approximately 4 months. $15.00 per hour, no benefits.

Involves extensive work in crawlspaces and attics in a variety of weather conditions.
