Community Action Partnership in Coeur d’Alene is seeking a motivated professional to provide reception, clerical and phone assistance, data entry, scheduling and basis services to clients in a busy office. Experience or training in effectively working with the public, providing administrative support and ability to work independently is required. This is currently a seasonal, full-time hourly position. The Seasonal Call Center Assistant provides excellent customer service and clerical support with file review, data entry, and operation of a multi-line phone system. This position requires: ability to navigate databases, professional interaction with clients, general clerical skills and reliable attendance. Positions will last approximately four months. $15.00 per hour, no benefits.
The Seasonal Energy Assistance Intake worker provides application intake for the busy energy assistance program. This position requires: the ability to effectively communicate with community members and other staff, experience working with computers and databases, ability to follow program guidelines, attention to detail, work accuracy, reliable attendance. Involves extensive work in crawlspaces and attics in a variety of weather conditions.
