Seeking motivated professional to recruit, train, and manage the Senior Medicare Patrol Volunteers, provide training on Chronic Disease and Self-Management Education, and disseminate Information and Assistance to vulnerable adults, caregivers, people living with disabilities and the general public. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, combination of education, training, and directly relevant experience considered, two years of experience working with vulnerable adults, and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and local assistance programs and services. Excellent oral and written communication skills and computer literacy required. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license with an insurable record and successfully complete a background check.

Weatherization Retrofit Installer Technician

If you want to make  positive and impactful difference in the lives of  community members, this job may be for you!  The Retrofit Installer Technician is responsible for the installation of weatherization materials in eligible homes throughout CAP’s service area. Involves extensive work in crawlspaces and attics in a variety of weather conditions.  Requires:  basic carpentry and home repair skills, valid driver’s license with an insurable record, acceptable background check, ability to work and stay at out-of-town locations and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
