Welcome to Kelly Cummins-Brumley

Kelly Cummins-Brumley has recently joined CAP as the Community Engagement Liaison in our Kamiah office.  She has a passion for helping people and community and has focused her work on advocacy, family education and connecting people with resources.  Some of her past positions include Grant Administrator and Service Provider for Clearwater Youth Alliance, Outreach Coordinator for Lewis-Clark State College and the Director of the ManiYAC Teen Center.

Kelly is always striving to learn and enhance her skills.  She is currently working on her Social Work degree from Lewis-Clark State College.  She has graduated from the CADCA National Coalition Academy (building drug-free communities) and is also a Strengthening Families Coach.  She has gained facilitator certification for ToP (Technology of Participation) which provides structured facilitation methods to help groups think, talk and work together and Life Skills, a prevention and resilience program.

When not working, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, three sons, and two grandchildren.  She lists her hobbies as four-wheeling, watching her son play baseball, and decorating her home. Her final thought: “I try to sprinkle something fun into every day.  Life is too short to not be happy.”  Welcome Kelly!
